The Caribbean, island by island

Jamaica, St. Lucia, Antigua, the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, the Dominican Republic — every island has its own personality, and the right resort matters more than the right island. Eileen is a certified Caribbean Destination Specialist and Sandals CSS agent, so she knows which properties suit couples, which suit families, and which beaches are actually swimmable.

White sand and turquoise water on a tropical beach
Aruba Certified

Aruba — One Happy Island

Aruba sits below the hurricane belt, so the sunshine is reliable year-round and the trade winds keep it comfortable. Eagle Beach and Palm Beach rank among the best in the Caribbean, the island is safe and easy to get around, and the dining scene punches well above its size. Eileen is Aruba Certified — ask her about the quieter low-rise resorts.

San Juan — the Caribbean, no passport needed

Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so there's no passport or currency exchange — just the colorful streets of Old San Juan, 500-year-old forts and a tropical rainforest under an hour away. San Juan is also one of the Caribbean's great cruise departure ports. As a San Juan Specialist, Eileen can add a few nights before or after your sailing.

We plan the rest of the world too

Disney and Universal are Nancy's specialty, and we've traveled Hawaii, Costa Rica and Eastern Europe ourselves — five pages is where we started writing, not where we stop planning.
