Got the travel bug?
Pack your bags and grab your camera! Our vacation tours will show you all the sights in the places you've always wanted to visit — all at the right pace.
How much do you want arranged?
Every tour question starts here. None is better than the others — they suit different travelers, and often the same traveler on different trips.
Custom tours
A trip designed just for you — your dates, your pace, your interests. We arrange private guides, drivers, hotels and experiences around what you want to see. Ideal for celebrations, families and special interests.
Hosted & guided tours
A tour director or local host, a set itinerary, and hotels, many meals, sightseeing and transfers arranged in advance. Guided tours keep you together each day; hosted tours give you a host on call and more free time. Great for first visits and solo travelers.
F.I.T. tours
Flexible Independent Travel: we build the itinerary — flights, hotels, rail, car, transfers and any day tours — and you travel it on your own schedule. No group and no fixed departure date; longer in fewer places if you like.
How active is that itinerary?
Tour operators grade their trips, and the grades matter. Getting this right before you book makes all the difference — brochure photos never show the cobblestones.
Easy
Light walking on mostly level ground, with the coach close by and plenty of chances to rest. Suits most travelers of any age.
Moderate
Several miles a day, cobblestones, hill towns and stairs. Most classic European tours fall here — comfortable shoes are a must.
Challenging
Sustained hiking, altitude or long days outdoors with no opt-out — safaris, mountain treks and adventure itineraries. Worth training for.
Varied options
Tours that offer a choice each day — an easier and a more active option — so travelers of different abilities can share one trip.

See the world with good company — and someone else handling the details
Collette's guided group tours are a favorite with mature and retired travelers. A professional tour manager travels with you from start to finish, the hotels and most meals are arranged, and the luggage, transfers and timing are taken care of — so you can simply enjoy the trip with like-minded travelers.

- Comfortable pacing, with activity levels shown on every itinerary
- Hotels, many meals, sightseeing and transfers included in one price
